ธรรมศาสตร์ เปิดหลักสูตร “โอกาสและกลยุทธ์ธุรกิจบริการผู้สูงวัย” รุ่น 2
ประเทศต่างๆ ในทุกมุมโลกกำลังมุ่งเข้าสู่สังคมสูงวัย และสำหรับประเทศไทย.. เทรนด์ “สังคมสูงวัย” มาจริง และมาแน่
เพราะขณะนี้เรามีประชากรสูงวัย 20% ของประชากรทั้งประเทศ อีก 20 ปีข้างหน้าจะเพิ่มเป็น 32% นั่นหมายถึง 1 ใน 3 ของประชากรไทยจะเป็น “ผู้สูงวัย”
เป็นการตามรอยประเทศญี่ปุ่นที่ปัจจุบันมีผู้อายุ 60 ปีขึ้นไปมากถึง 33% ครองตำแหน่งประเทศที่มีผู้สูงอายุมากที่สุดในโลก และได้รับยกย่องเป็นต้นแบบการบริหารจัดการสังคมสูงวัยเต็มรูปแบบได้อย่างมีคุณภาพ
ปรากฏการณ์ “สังคมสูงวัย” จึงไม่น่ากลัว แต่น่าศึกษา เพื่อรับมือและมองหาโอกาสจากตลาดผู้สูงวัยที่นับวันมีขนาดใหญ่มากขึ้น
ผศ.ดร.ดวงใจ หล่อธนวณิชย์ ผู้อำนวยการศูนย์พัฒนาธุรกิจและการดูแลสังคมสูงอายุ (Ageing Business and Care Development Centre หรือ ABCD Centre)คณะพาณิชยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยธรรมศาสตร์ กล่าวว่า ประเทศไทย จะเป็นสังคมสูงอายุเต็มรูปแบบในอนาคตอันใกล้ ภาครัฐ ภาคธุรกิจ ภาคอุตสาหกรรม ต้องเร่งเตรียมตัวให้พร้อม ถ้ารับมือได้ดี ปรากฏการณ์นี้จะสร้างโอกาสให้ทุกภาคส่วน ซึ่ง ABCD Centre ได้ศึกษาด้านการดูแลผู้สูงอายุเพื่อเตรียมความพร้อมภาครัฐและประชาชน สำรวจตลาดสินค้าและบริการสำหรับผู้สูงอายุ สำรวจ Business Start up สำหรับอุตสาหกรรมสุขภาพ เพื่อเตรียมความพร้อมให้กับภาคธุรกิจและอุตสาหกรรมในประเทศไทย
จากองค์ความรู้เหล่านี้ ABCD Centre จึงเปิดอบรมหลักสูตรพิเศษ “โอกาสและกลยุทธ์ธุรกิจบริการผู้สูงอายุ” ในเดือนตุลาคมจะถึงนี้ ซึ่งครั้งนี้เป็นการอบรมรุ่นที่ 2
“หลักสูตรนี้มุ่งเน้นให้ผู้สนใจได้เปิดมุมมองใหม่ มองเห็นโอกาส เข้าใจกลยุทธ์ธุรกิจและบริการผู้สูงอายุ ซึ่งเป็นตลาดใหญ่ที่น่าสนใจมาก” ผู้อำนวยการ ABCD Centre ผศ.ดร.ดวงใจ กล่าว
รูปแบบการอบรมจะเป็นการฟังบรรยายความรู้ 2 วัน จากนั้นพาไปสัมผัสประสบการณ์จริงดูงานธุรกิจผู้สูงวัยที่ประสบความสำเร็จที่ประเทศญี่ปุ่น ซึ่งมีหลากหลายมาก
ผศ.ดร.ดวงใจ เผยว่า คลาสอบรม 2 วันได้เชิญวิทยากรชาวไทยและชาวญี่ปุ่น จากภาคเอกชนและรัฐบาลญี่ปุ่นที่เป็นผู้เชี่ยวชาญมีประสบการณ์จริงในการบริหารธุรกิจเพื่อผู้สูงวัย อาทิ Nursing Home, Senior Living, ธุรกิจท่องเที่ยว, ธุรกิจร้านอาหาร, ธุรกิจบริการขนส่งที่ตอบโจทย์กลุ่มลูกค้าสูงวัย ร่วมด้วยทีมอาจารย์คณะพาณิชยศาสตร์ฯ บรรยายเรื่องโอกาสทางธุรกิจในสังคมสูงวัย รวมไปถึงเรื่องสำคัญ คือ การประเมินการลงทุน และเมื่อพาไปดูงานที่ญี่ปุ่น ก็ไม่ใช่พาไปเที่ยวแบบเล่นๆ!!
เพราะหลักสูตรนี้จะพาไปดูงานที่เมืองทามะ (Tama City) ซึ่งเป็นเมืองต้นแบบการดูแลสังคมสูงอายุ มีประชากรอายุมากกว่า 60 ปี สูงถึง 30% แต่บริหารเมืองอย่างทันสมัย สร้างสภาพแวดล้อมให้ผู้สูงวัยมีความสุข ด้วยวิธีบริหารจัดการหลากหลายรูปแบบ และได้รับรางวัลมากมาย
“เราจะพาไปเยี่ยมชมย่านที่อยู่อาศัยและพูดคุยกับผู้บริหารธุรกิจบริการผู้สูงอายุที่ดำเนินการโดยองค์การปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นที่จับมือกับภาคเอกชนและภาคประชาชน เพื่อทำให้ผู้สูงอายุอยู่อย่างอุ่นใจ ทำให้เข้าใจบทบาทองค์การปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นของญี่ปุ่นที่เป็นต้นแบบการบริหารจัดการแบบบูรณาการ รวมทั้งไปดูงานธุรกิจ Nursing Home ที่เป็นต้นแบบการดูแลฟื้นฟูสุขภาพผู้สูงอายุด้วยเทคนิคกายภาพบำบัดแนวใหม่ (Functional Recovery Care) พร้อมการสาธิตจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญ และไปชมธุรกิจ Senior living ที่เน้นลูกค้ากลุ่ม High-end พัฒนาและบริหารจัดการโดยมหาวิทยาลัย ที่นี่โดดเด่นในการออกแบบพื้นที่สำหรับคน 3 วัยมาอาศัยอยู่ร่วมกัน และอีกแห่งพัฒนาโดยโตคิวกรุ๊ป” ผศ.ดร.ดวงใจ กล่าว
รวมทั้งได้สัมผัสประสบการณ์เข้าพักในรีสอร์ทต้นแบบที่มีชื่อเสียงด้าน Universal Design ซึ่งไม่ใช่แค่มาพัก แต่ยังจะได้พูดคุยกับเจ้าของรีสอร์ทถึงประสบการณ์ปรับปรุงรีสอร์ทเพื่อรองรับตลาดนักท่องเที่ยวสูงอายุ และฟังบรรยายจากที่ปรึกษาธุรกิจท่องเที่ยวจากสถาบันที่เป็น THINK TANK ด้านการท่องเที่ยวที่จะบรรยายเรื่อง Universal Design กับธุรกิจท่องเที่ยวในสังคมสูงอายุ
ที่ถือเป็นโอกาสดีอย่างมากๆ คือผู้เข้ารับการอบรมรุ่นนี้จะได้เข้าร่วมงาน International Medical and Elderly Care Expo ที่กรุงโตเกียวด้วย งานนี้จะช่วยเปิดมุมมองสินค้าและบริการผู้สูงอายุ รวมทั้งเทรนด์ในอนาคตอย่างรอบด้าน
